As a Customer Service Associate you serve a valuable role in our branch by providing a positive first impression to customers through friendly and courteous service. This position is a great way to start a fulfilling career at Capitol Federal and can provide you with the skills you need for advancement within the bank.

This is a Full-Time position working up to 40 hours a week. Flexibility is required to work as needed to ensure adequate staffing for training or employee absences. This location is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to Noon.

A typical schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 8:20am-2:45pm, and Saturday 8:30am-12:00pm.

****Customer Service Associates are Responsible For:****

* Helping customers meet their financial goals by providing a positive first impression through friendly and courteous service

* Processing customer transactions

* Actively support our customers by identifying customer needs and suggest banking products and services for their solution

* Counting cash and balancing a drawer

* Maintaining bank and customer records

* Outgoing and a great attitude; able to talk with clients to build relationships

* Technologically savvy; able to use multiple computer systems

****Ideal Candidates Should Have:****

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* At least six months of experience in customer service; cash handling is preferred
