Bentonville, AR From your PASSION to ours The Analyst, Category Leadership enables the team to deliver best in class analytics, assortment, and shelving recommendations through the development of advanced tools, insights, and consultation. This position will leverage data sources such as Retail Link POS and syndicated sources such as IRI to uncover consumer insights. The Senior Analyst will support automation in the planogram drawing process through tools such as JDA scripting and ShelfIQ. Time will be split 50/50 between Walmart and Total US Retail. Key responsibilities: Advanced Analytics – 60% Planogram Process Efficiency and Automation – 30% Category Consultant – 10% Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree 3-5 years of experience in analytics role in Consumer Package Goods industry or similar, Walmart experience preferred Strong technical skills Effective communication skills Comfortable with predictive modeling, data visualization, and statistical analysis Working knowledge of Retail Link and syndicated data via IRI Advanced knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, JDA, Azure, Snowflake, and other databases Experience with programming languages Strong analytical skills with intellectual curiosity Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Ability to adapt in a changing work environment Ability to travel (up to 15%) Lactalis Heritage Dairy is an equal employment opportunity employer.
