to join our diverse and talented team. Position Overview: This Senior Program Analyst is responsible for creating the Capital Facilities Investment Plan. This position will support the implementation of DHS, Chief Readiness Support Officer (CRSO), and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) initiatives such as Future of Work, Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), Facilities Transformation Fund (FTF), and Nonrecurring Expenses Fund Small and Large (NEF). Responsibilities: Develop the Capital Facilities Investment Plan in alignment with organizational objectives. Assist in capital facility planning, data analytics reporting, and real property planning and programming. Support strategy communication through development of communication products. Implement DHS, Chief Readiness Support Officer (CRSO), and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) initiatives such as Future of Work, Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), Facilities Transformation Fund (FTF), and Nonrecurring Expenses Fund Small and Large (NEF). Contribute to long-range planning efforts by analyzing critical data and metrics related to real property. Support OFAMs ES Strategic Activity assignments with enhanced communication and engagement. Advocate for OFAMs Capital Facilities Investment process and develop documents for enterprise-level overview and management of the real property portfolio. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required. Minimum ten (10) years of experience in real property (commercial or government). Experience with Capital Facility Planning and Programming, including the Capital Facilities Investment and Resource Allocation Planning (RAP) process. Strong understanding of data analytics and reporting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strategy communication products. Knowledge of DHS, CRSO, and OMB initiatives preferred. Ability to analyze critical data and metrics for long-range planning. Experience in advocacy and document development for enterprise-level real property management. CBP BI is preferred. U.S. Citizenship required. Work Location:
