Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to Homeowners regarding account information requests and maintain updated account information via phone, email, and chat.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Review and resolve customer complaints.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about homeowner accounts and associations.
  • Submit Work Order requests.
  • Assist Homeowners in navigating our website.
  • Work with internal departments to meet homeowners needs.
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing phone calls.
  • Assist Customer Care call center as a subject matter expert.
  • Prepare and process correspondence.
  • Research homeowner accounts
  • Plus other work related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Proficiency in Customer Service systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge in the Community Association industry & State Statutes
  • Bi-lingual Spanish Speaking Preferred
  • Good organizational and verbal skills.
  • Computer skills including basic knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Reliable Transportation

Pay and Benefits: $18.00 to $21.00 hour - based on experience and education
