Zur Verstärkung unseres Infor M3-Beratungsteams in Deutschland suchen wir ab sofort einen Technical Solution Architect (m/f/d). Der Solution Architect (m/f/d) ist dafür verantwortlich, spezifische Infor-Lösungen vorzuschlagen, die in das Geschäftsumfeld und die Geschäftsziele des Kunden passen und nachweislich die Geschäftsprobleme des Kunden angehen und Chancen nutzen. Der Technical Solution Architect (m/f/d) ist in der Lage, die Geschäftstreiber der Kunden und die aktuelle IT-Umgebung zu verstehen und stellt die Machbarkeit der Lösung sicher und schlägt eine Roadmap zur Realisierung der Lösung vor. Infor M3 ist eine flexible ERP-Lösung, die mittleren bis große globale Hersteller, Vertriebshändlern und Kundensupport-Dienstleistern zur Bewältigung ihrer Mischfertigungs- und komplexen Wertschöpfungsketten dient. Aufgabenschwerpunkte Führe die technische Lösungsgestaltung in CloudSuite-Projekten (insbesondere im ERP-Kontext), welche unseren Kunden mit echter Multi-Tenant-Umgebung den Weg in die Zukunft ebnen. Gestalte die technische Architektur unserer Kunden mit entsprechender Ergebnis- und fachlicher Führungsverantwortung im Projekt. Steuere dabei Ressourcen aus der weltweiten Infor-Familie. Designe den Aufbau von vernetzten Erweiterungen und Integrationen, um unsere industriespezifischen Best-Practice-Lösungen mit den Kernkompetenzen und existierenden Systemen unserer Kunden verbinden. Unterstütze unser Presales Team mit Deiner technischen Expertise zur Angebotsgestaltung sowie bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kundenpräsentationen. Arbeite eng mit den kundenseitigen IT-Verantwortlichen und -Partnern zusammen. Das

Du mit Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung bei einem ERP-Anbieter oder -Partner, Erfahrung im Datenmanagement. Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder höher) in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik o.ä., alternativ vergleichbare Berufserfahrung. Erfahrung mit webbasierten Technologien, Netzwerkkonzepten und Cloud-basierten Umgebungen. Erfahrung mit Datenbankservern und Sprachen (MS SQL, Oracle o.ä.; einschließlich Stored Procedures). Erfahrung mit XML-basierten Messaging-Integrationstechnologien, JSON von Vorteil. Ausgeprägte Erfahrung in der kundenorientierten Beratung. Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten. Hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation, um komplexe Sachverhalte effektiv zu kommunizieren. Starke Eigenmotivation und Teamgeist, sowie in der Lage selbstständig zu arbeiten. Ausgezeichnete Problemlösungs- und Analysefähigkeiten. Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift. Bereitschaft zu Geschäftsreisen. Zusätzliche Anforderungen (von Vorteil): Technische Implementierungserfahrung mit Unternehmenssoftware wie Infor M3 oder anderen ERP-Anwendungen oder vergleichbaren Unternehmensanwendungen. Erfahrung mit der Integration zwischen M3-Anwendungen (oder ähnlichen Systemen) und anderen Anwendungen.
