Monex USA is looking for an HR & Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing company. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone interested in launching a career in Human Resources.

The HR & Recruiting Coordinator will, once fully trained, take on ownership of various day-to-day processes while also collaborating with the HR team, company leadership, and all personnel to create a cohesive and supportive work environment that fosters employee and organizational success.

Responsibilities : This position is equally split between recruiting and HR operations. Recruiting

50% Collaborate with hiring managers to create and finalize job descriptions Post jobs on careers pages, job boards and social networks Become subject matter expert on job boards and applicant tracking software, train hiring managers on use Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and evaluate candidates Provide hiring managers notes on phone screens and candidate recommendations Schedule onsite and virtual interviews, greet onsite candidates and ensure interviews run smoothly Follow up with hiring managers to get feedback after interviews and drive next steps Track essential data such as time to hire and pipeline conversion Answer candidates queries regarding the application process Answer hiring manager questions regarding the recruiting process

HR Operations

50% Manage employee referral program Generate LinkedIn and social media content, such as employee interviews and and pictures of corporate events, to promote Monex employer brand Orchestrate employee events Guide new hires through the onboarding process Maintain employee records in employee files and in the HRIS, report relevant changes to Payroll (i.e benefit changes, bonus payouts, pay change, etc.) Process employee benefit changes Support HR teammates and coworkers as needed

Required Qualifications: BA/BS degree 2-5 years of corporate office experience 1-3 years of HR or relevant experience Experience with content creation is a plus Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting and of applicant tracking systems Strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Teams

Travel Requirements: 5% - Occasional travel to career fairs Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience. The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000, pending experience, with a 10% annual bonus.
