Business Segment Overview

Commercial: With boots on the ground authenticity at the heart of everything we do, our comprehensive array of commercial products and services enable you to work directly with our clients, across hedging, risk management, execution and clearing, OTC products, commodity finance and more.

Responsibilities:

Position Purpose: Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by consulting with customers, assisting customers and resolving a wide variety of requests, inquiries and complaints. Process, monitor and reconcile futures and OTC clearing transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle client futures account support and opening
  • Responsible for client EOD recaps send/save
  • Process client asset transfers incoming/out
  • Process client wires, ACHs, conversions and options trades
  • Ensure matching and settlement of client trades
  • Correct any trade booking errors
  • Monitor and assist with client margin and funding issues
  • Facilitate client special handling items
  • Address last trading day positions with clients, communicating with Risk and Compliance departments regarding action to liquidate a clients position
  • Onboard IBs/ new customers
  • Train and hire incoming Interns
  • Enters and retrieves orders via phone, messenger and email
  • Provides support to Risk Management Consultants
  • Process Exchange for Physicals (EFP), Exchange of Futures for Swaps (EFS) and Exchange for Risk (EFR) requests as needed
  • Checks futures and OTC tickets daily
  • Reconciles daily check out
  • Monitor open orders
  • Communicates corrections to appropriate personnel
  • Maintains prompt and regular attendance

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to work with a minimum of supervision while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations
  • Proven analytical problem solving ability
  • Excellent customer service, communication and organization skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Detail oriented and excellent documentation skills

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in finance or economics or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Must obtain Series 3 license within 90 days of employment

Working Environment:

  • Hybrid work model: 3 days per week in office, 2 days per week remote
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects in a busy, demanding environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment
