Site Assistant - Orange, OH

As Site assistant you will support the R&D, marketing, service, Q&R, and our finance teams in administrative/coordinating/site tasks.

Your role:
  • You arrange, coordinate, and prepare meetings, conference calls, video conferences and other related events.
  • You plan and organize meetings for the departments mentioned above, including logistical preparation.
  • You work closely and effectively with other assistants (including the assistants of the Executives) to facilitate planning.
  • You take care of complex and detailed travel planning; you prepare itineraries, book flights/hotels, arrange transfers, confirm meetings. You manage all logistics in an efficient manner during the travels.
  • You take care of general secretarial/administrative matters for the site, like PO submittals, site events, necessary supplies, financial reconciliation tool data entry and people management related matters.
You're the right fit if:
  • Proven work experience of at least 5+ years in an assistant role at a high level in a dynamic and international environment.
  • You have an associates degree - bachelors preferred
  • Flexible (adapting to fluctuating workload), able to multitask and work with deadlines.
  • Very discrete, structured and accurate; you can handle information of a highly confidential and critical nature.
  • Pro-active and enthusiastic, willing to take initiative / ownership, feeling at ease in an international environment and knowing how to set priorities under high pressure.
  • Collaborative, strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Skilled in Outlook calendar management
  • Knowledge of working with various IT systems like Workday, Concur, Microsoft Teams etc.
