About the Role:
This is an opportunity for an experienced and dedicated
Finance/ Accounts Officer
with demonstrated broad finance and bookkeeping skills to join the Ainslie team.
The role is responsible for the full range of daily accounts/bookkeeping functions - accounts payable & receivable, reconciliations, BAS preparation and fixed asset register maintenance.
Whilst your technical skills and knowledge are important, it is your positive, dedicated, forward thinking and whole of business focus that are critical. Your enthusiasm, desire to produce efficient and quality outcomes, and ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders will ensure your fit within the existing TEAM.
This role does require someone who isn’t just process focused…….rather is able to see the big picture for individual situations and apply an appropriate approach and action to ensure a positive outcome.
The right candidate will share Ainslie’s passion for service and quality delivered to clients.
The role offers work-life-balance working 15-20 hours in a Job Share capacity to ensure the hours of 7:30am to 4:00pm are covered.
Your skills and experience:
Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience with proven capability in accounts payable & receivable, reconciliations, BAS preparation and fixed asset register maintenance.
Formal qualifications such as a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping/ Diploma in Bookkeeping or Degree in Commerce/ Accounting will be beneficial but not essential.
Experience with Netsuite is desirable.
Proven time management skills with a highly organised approach.
Commercially savvy self-starter who is able to achieve a high level of efficiency and accuracy.
Professional and mature attitude with a flexible approach.
Passion, drive and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service.
Friendly, positive and TEAM focused.
