We are actively seeking a team player to become an integral part of our finance team, contributing to the seamless and timely processing of crucial financial functions, including payroll, accounts payable, and commission processing. Responsibilities: Administer bi-weekly payroll for two subsidiaries Own the complete travel/expense submittal process including addressing questions and assisting employees Calculate and process monthly commissions Assist with audits and other special finance projects as needed Handle 401k Handle FSA Great Plains data entry of Bank Transactions in 12 Banks Record revenue in Great Plains Create franchise orders and convert to invoices for inventory Process credit card payment for inventory invoices and royalty invoices Process all EFT’s, ACH’s and wires in bank (for approx. 10 a week) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field Prior experience with ERP systems – ideally Great Plains 4 years of experience in payroll and accounts payable Experience with Concur or similar travel/expense processing is required Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy Experience processing payroll and accounts payable Experience with payroll platforms such as ADP, Paychex or Paycor Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
