SNI Technology's top client is seeking to hire a talented Salesforce Administrator for an exciting full-time, permanent position. This position is a 100% fully remote opportunity. No C2C or sponsorship.

SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR
SNI Technology's client is seeking to hire a skilled Salesforce Administrator to act as the tactical administrator of their Salesforce environment. This role is crucial for enabling Salesforce data object integration with Microsoft technologies (MS Fabric) and other 3rd party systems, ensuring seamless operation and data flow within their sales and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily administration and oversight of the Salesforce environment, including system performance tuning and user management.
  • Customize Salesforce data objects and integrate Salesforce data with Microsoft Fabric and other 3rd party systems.
  • Coordinate with the technology team to plan and implement changes within the Salesforce environment.
  • Manage Salesforce users, objects, and records, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Work closely with sales and technology teams to understand needs and optimize Salesforce functionality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce administration, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models.
  • 5 years of experience with Microsoft data pipelines and integration between Microsoft and Salesforce.
  • Salesforce certifications or recognized certifications in related competencies are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce customization and performance optimization.
  • Experience in managing Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.
Desired Experience:
  • A track record of successful Salesforce integrations and administration in a diverse business environment.
  • Experience in working with both start-ups and large enterprises is preferred.
Location and Travel Requirements:
  • This position requires limited travel.
Reporting Structure:
  • The Salesforce Administrator will report directly to the technology team.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The compensation for this position is in the range of $120K to $140K annually plus full benefits. Please note your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience - talk with your recruiter to learn more.
