The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for customer support, developer support, and data quality tracking and reporting. This position is a key liaison between management, Information Technology, the PMO and end users. The position is also responsible for working with end-users to troubleshoot issues and ensure that the Salesforce system meets user needs, keeps pace with changes required by the Salesforce platform, supports business operations and complies with policies and/or procedures related to data quality.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot Salesforce technical and data issues and escalate as needed.
• Log and track identified system problems through resolution.
• Support the Salesforce development team by assisting with key functions, including, but not limited to: managing user setup, maintaining profiles/roles and customizing objects, fields, page layouts and validations.
• Assist developers with the creation of technical documentation for existing and future applications.
• Support testing initiatives by devising test plans, creating test cases, and coordinating actual software testing.
• Assist with training end users on the use of Salesforce.com.
• Standardize data naming, data definitions and modeling.
• Create and document application requirements by working with those involved in the Data Quality Lifecycle.
• Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
• Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for Data Quality Lifecycle process improvements.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the interrelationships of data and multiple data domains.
• Perform other duties as deemed relevant based upon experience to fulfill customer needs.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; however, requirement may be satisfied with equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years Salesforce experience, Salesforce ADM 201 certification or Trailhead Superbadges preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in a business to business (B2B) sales organization.
• Familiar with Salesforce Sales / Service cloud configuration and best practices.
• Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools (Data Loader, DemandTools).
• Confident in manipulating large amounts of data while understanding related object/field functions.
• Ability to interrogate existing Salesforce development and determine best course of action to correct and/or develop more efficient methods.
• Ability to function with new technologies.
• Ability to clearly communicate with peers, business analysts and subject matter experts.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Genuine interest and a desire to learn new technologies.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Requires a service-oriented mentality with a high sense of ownership of the problems and projects assigned.
• Completes all responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner in order to meet co-worker and client needs and remain cost effective.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is routinely required to stand, walk, sit, speak, hear, see, and use hands to handle objects.
