As an Associate Customer Success Manager (CSM) you will collaborate with Customer Success team members to ensure their success with their portfolio of nCino customers. The Associate CSM will be responsible for understanding customer relationships using data analytics. An Associate CSM will work closely with the entire account team to strengthen the customer relationship at all levels to execute the overall account strategy. You could be responsible for the success of a small portfolio of nCino customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with CSMs to ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investment in nCino, utilize all their licenses, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment and increased footprint through an Executive Business Review process
  • Work in tandem with Sales Account Managers and Support Engineers to manage assigned accounts to ensure customer success with the nCino Bank Operating System.
  • Assists the CSMs in planning a transformational Optimization Plan for their customers to ensure achievement of business goals
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer's business challenges and objectives to appropriately map nCino features and associated business benefits to address their needs
  • Help CSMs identify risks to the customer by achieving their stated business goals and developing a risk mitigation plan
  • Become nCino certified within your first 6 months and Salesforce Admin certification within the first 18 months of employment
Qualifications

Required:
  • Minimum of one-year functional work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to serve as credible and effective advisor/coach, especially around change management (cultural, technical,and business)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate and mediate conflict and foster honest dialogue
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
  • Self-motivated, highly collaborative, creative, goal-and growth-oriented, and team-centric
Desired:
  • Salesforce experience
  • Financial Services Experience
  • Knowledge of nCino product and platform features, capabilities, and best use
  • CRM or IT experience
  • Knowledge of nCino competitive landscape and technical ecosystem
Other:
  • Position requires +/-15%travel
