This pivotal role inhealthcareadministration involves offering guidance and supervision to medical personnel, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations. Moreover, thecoordinatorspearheads strategic planning endeavors geared towards improving operational effectiveness and streamliningworkflowprocesses for patients visiting this communityhospital.

The organization is in search of an experiencedHealthcareClinic Leader with over two years of clinical leadership background. The facility is seeking an individual dedicated to patient care and passionate about serving an under-servedpopulation. The services offered at this clinic span from pediatric to geriatric care, including follow-up from general surgery and obstetrics/gynecology. The Patient Care Coordinator will play a pivotal role in healthcare facilities, overseeing various aspects of patient care to ensure smooth operations and optimal outcomes.This person is responsible for managing patient appointments, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication between patients and healthcare providers.The Patient Care Coordinator will also assist patients with insurance coordination, verify coverage, and provide guidance on insurance benefits. Additionally,the coordinator will serve as a point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing necessary information throughout the healthcare process. By coordinating referrals, supporting patients and their families, and collaborating with healthcare teams, the Patient Care Coordinator will contribute significantly to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
