American Research Bureau (www.arb.com) is seeking a detail-focused, self-motivated, collaborative Client Liaison to assist clients all over the country in receiving their rightful inheritances.
SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm; Fully onsite (2386 E Heritage Way, Salt Lake City, UT 84109)
PAY: $47K - $57K annual salary range, commensurate with experience | In addition to base salary, employees may be rewarded with discretionary bonuses

OVERVIEW: The Client Liaison does administrative work, communicating via email and phone, in partnership with a regional manager and outside partners, to assist clients all over the country in receiving their rightful inheritances.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the entitlement of the client(s) is established: Accomplished through communication with the ARB attorney, clients, and Doc Specialist; Requires good understanding of entitlement laws in each situs and the strength of ARBs research and documentation
- Ensure a collection method is in place for ARB to be paid: Work with ARB attorney to ensure assets are protected; Ensure either an ARB attorney is retained by the client or the assignment is filed appropriately
- Coordinate with the Regional/Kinship manager to determine how to handle special situations such as post-deceased clients
- Proactively and independently identify areas of potential risk, and creatively identify solutions to problems
- Key responsibilities: Initial case review, Create and send report to clients, Follow-up with forms, Forward authorizations and/or assignments to Attorneys, Filing assignments, Consult with the Documentation Specialist, Review statuses and provide updates to clients, Review inventories, Forward proofs, Review heirship petition, and Transfer to Finance
- Misc. responsibilities: Prepare for heirship hearings and litigation, Close ARB case file, Update client information with attorneys, Share client information with other clients, Forward personal effects requests, Compose affidavits
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional-level job
- Competencies: Good organizational skills and attention to detail; Proactive, tenacious, and self-motivated work ethic; Effective writer sending clear and direct communication to clients and partners; High degree of empathy and focus on client satisfaction; Ability in working on phones in an outbound and inbound capacity; Effectively analyzes information to make sound decisions; Professional and ethical conduct; Strong interest in genealogy and/or law a plus
- Systems: General proficiency with technology (ARB uses proprietary systems, Google Suite, and other technology)
