Security Technology Sales Executive

Network Controls is seeking a full-time, passionate, and results-driven Security Technology Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead in prospecting and nurturing new client relationships, delving deep into our customers' needs to identify and secure sales opportunities that align with their goals. We are looking for a driven sales professional with a hunter mentality, someone that can generate leads and navigate the sales cycle comfortably.
As an Enterprise Security Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role within a dynamic sales team. Your insights and expertise will not only contribute to our clients' success but also drive the expansion of Network Controls. You will be empowered to leverage cutting-edge security technologies, crafting tailored solutions that address unique customer challenges. You will be rewarded with a strong compensation package including uncapped commissions in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the security sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Achieve revenue targets through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Immediate Revenue generation and long term RMR through services.
- Conduct thorough research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to determine a priority-based approach.
- Identify emerging threats and opportunities in the security industry.
- Develop a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals.
- Attend and network within industry associations
- 5+ years' experience in the related field of Physical Security hardware and solution sales.
- Proven ability to lead, develop & manage defined strategies while defining processes & procedures for efficiency and effective outcomes.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented and self-driven.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products.• Proficiency with CRM &/or Sales software products.
- Achieved industry Certifications preferred.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to compile and translate complex customer business and technical requirements into specific deliverable solutions.
- Ability to be assertive and persuasive with prospects, clients and colleagues.
- Skill in reading and interpreting technical documentation and guides.
- Strong time management, organizational, presentation and relationship building skills.
- Ability to communicate with customers and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner.
