What we’re looking for: My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across our product lines. As a key member of the marketing team, you will develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize the customer journey, maximize revenue growth, and strengthen their market presence in the networking industry. Leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to drive user acquisition, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer lifetime value.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to acquire, activate and retain customers across the product portfolio. Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous growth.
