This is a full-time on-site role for an Order Intake Specialist/Customer Service Representative at AlphaGraphics of Wyoming in Sheridan. This position will be responsible for communication with clients, client intake processes and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
  • Knowledge of print marketing or related industry is a plus

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required


Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
