Prestige Portfolio National Manager will lead the accelerated growth of our prestige portfolios of ultra-aged and masterfully blended: The Last Drop, Sazerac de Forge, and Irish 'New to World' portfolios in the US.

This role will oversee both the on-premise and off-premise channels, working collaboratively within the US Sales organization. This leader is responsible for excellent planning, perfect brand execution, and scaling luxury selling experiences to deliver against commercial targets. Key responsibilities (job responsibilities may vary by state depending on regulatory and compliance standards for the state): Achieve assigned KPIs including volume targets, and new customer acquisition. Develop a network of international Prestige Trade (On & Off) & Luxury Brand Partners. Create a network of influential brand advocates.

Spearhead industry leading training and educational seminars for our on and off-premise Sales leaders. Develop specific materials and toolkits needed to execute luxury-focused sales calls and consumer experiences. Deliver category and brand specific trainings to our wholesale partners to multiply our efforts in the marketplace by instilling proper sales techniques. Monitor and ensure that volume/distribution objectives are achieved within the assigned Key Account universe, with a focus on TX, CA and FL. Implement and monitor KPI's with distributor Chain management team. Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with key customers in the luxury space. Drive sales, visibility, and provide appropriate support within your broader-reaching Direct Touch account universe, including both on-premise and off-premise sales teams. Expected to be in the field visiting priority markets and supporting accounts on a monthly basis. Develop deep relationships with strategic accounts that have their own high net worth and concierge programs. Assist in creation of luxury/experiential marketing programs. Involved in the pressure-testing phase of New Product Development to ensure that our new to world brands are properly positioned with the premium, craft centric consumer. Evaluate and document the promotional activities of the competition in your marketplace and report on brands and concepts that are trending locally.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Qualifications: Ability to manage multiple projects at one time Self-motivated, innovative and solution-oriented mindset Minimum 3 years sales experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry in national/key accounts (on premise) Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends) Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Strong analytical and technical skills Bachelor's Degree Ability to drive results in a complex, high-growth company Excellent oral & written communication skills Strong planning and organizational skills Minimum 1 year P&L and budget management experience Minimum 1 year experience consulting, managing and planning events with high net worth accounts and consumers Luxury spirits knowledge #LI-KG1 Placement within the salary range is calculated based upon years of directly relatable experience for the position. The salary range refers to base salary only and does not include car allowance, annual bonus, fuel or cell phone reimbursement.
