Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, reviewing updated financial statements and interacting with the Credit Analyst.
  • Participate in the deal process, making recommendations on credit decisions and collaborating with the Relationship Manager.
  • Assess prospective clients' viability for credit, defining borrowers and guarantors, deal structure, credit terms, and conditions.
  • Value collateral and contribute to workflow or process change and redesign.
  • Generate commitment letters, perform final risk rating analysis, and capture and document credit decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Credit Analyst to perform portfolio management duties and establish and maintain Investor Groups on lender portals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting).
  • At least 3 years of credit analysis and/or loan review experience in Commercial Banking.
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional presence, ability to partner with deal stakeholders, and expertise in financial and risk analysis.

Working Conditions:

  • Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature, and the like.
  • Extended viewing of a CRT screen.
  • Some travel required.
