About the Role

This is a leadership position within the Portfolio Management team, responsible for the ongoing management of the Project Finance loan portfolio. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, credit monitoring, and portfolio management, with a focus on credit risk management and internal reporting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage all facets of the daily operations of the identified portfolio, including credit migration trends, value-added cross-buy opportunities, quarterly and annual credit reviews, and credit risk management portfolio reviews.
  • Prepare and maintain reports as requested by regulators, rating agencies, and other external parties, and coordinate with offshore portfolio support teams.
  • Monitor and identify market developments and proactively manage their potential impact on the portfolio.
  • Take an active role in oversight and development of junior project finance team members, and interface with relationship managers and sector specialists to ensure an active dialogue on credit trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Responsible for the accurate internal system processing, including GRID, FINAN, TSC, and Risk Rater.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, credit monitoring, and portfolio management.
  • Strong financial and credit analysis capabilities, with a focus on credit risk management and internal reporting.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • Committed and dedicated individual who will continuously improve the way the team works, with a self-motivated and willing to work in a deal-oriented and deadline-driven environment.
