Operations Coordinator
with wholesale and direct to consumer CPG experience to join their hardworking team of results driven, creative, fun, and collaborative people. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator will work cross functionally to support day-to-day operations, inventory movement throughout the supply chain from purchase order to delivery.
Responsibilities:
NetSuite ERP transactional responsibilities.
Monitor Performance of 3PL providers based on SLA's and KPI's.
Interface with contract manufacturers to manage production schedules.
Ensure supply chain compliance standards are upheld.
Manage transportation logistics for inbound and outbound goods.
Conduct insightful and ad-hoc analyses to support ongoing or one-time operational needs.
Support additional projects as assigned by Supply Chain Manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of direct experience in CPG/Retail operations and supply chain
Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent project management, communication and organizational skills
Exceptional Analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
Great attention to detail and managing execution.
Proven experience of taking ownership and driving results
Flexible and adaptable; enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Project management certification and Lean Six Sigma certification are a plus.

Warehouse Management System
E-Commerce Platforms (Shopify)
Cloud-sharing platforms (SharePoint, Sharefile, Dropbox, etc.)
