CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a MAJOR HEALTHCARE NETWORK in Fort Worth and is currently recruiting for the following position:

Job Title: 2nd shift Hospital PBX Operator

Job ID: 145347

Location: Central Fort Worth (76104)

Pay: $18/hr

Schedule:

  • Must be ok with any shift assigned, call center operates 24/7, 365 days of the year due to being a hospital.

Job Description: First point of contact for anyone calling in to the hospital, responsible for calling codes and paging doctors, must have great call center and customer service skills

Duration: Temp to Hire

Requirements:

  • Professional demeanor and phone voice

  • Call Center/Dispatch experience

  • Adaptable with a fast changing environment

  • Fast and accurate data entry

  • Good customer service

  • Strong Microsoft Office experience

  • Must have high school diploma or GED

  • Sense of urgency – must be a fast worker

  • Positive personality is key
