**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:**

**Oversee inventory functions and mitigate risk:** Manage product/inventory from purchase order through delivery assuring we are compliant with applicable customs regulations and procedures both domestic and international. Work with suppliers to order/replenish products as required

**Manage inventory control:** Inventory reconciliation of POs against receipts, monitoring inventory levels and SKU replenishment. Ensure vendor and spend data integrity, ongoing spend analysis, reporting and reconciliation.

**Evaluate and communicate effectively:** Develop reports, process, and cadence to communicate project/program status to key stakeholders. Tailor information and format to each audience as appropriate. Ensure that reports convey progress, barriers, and next steps in a manner relevant to audience.

**Supervise efficient process lifecycle:** Manage the PO process from origin to destination understanding Incoterms, HTS codes, negotiating and communicating with transportation carriers, customs, and internal/external suppliers and vendors.

**Execute Operations strategies:** Develops and implements policies and procedures related to purchasing and inventory with a goal to maximize efficiency and optimize workflow, cost control.

**Direct communication:** Communicate to the field of delays, product substitution or product delivery issues.

**MANAGEMENT AND COLLABORATION:**

* Collaborate with field, Corporate Operations team, Finance, and business stakeholders to develop and implement inventory and logistics practices driving organizational results that drive business outcomes aligned to short- and long-term growth strategies

* Collaborate with internal and external business partners (suppliers, vendors, 3PLs, transportation teams) for value added services and products service levels

* Collaborate with leadership to develop new strategic projects and initiatives relating to purchasing and logistics

**KEY MEASURES OF SUCCESS:**

- Accurate monthly inventory reconciliations purchase orders, invoices vs receipt

- Fluid and accurate inventory in the field (centers and 3PL warehouses) without shortages/backorders

- Timely cost-effective ordering, delivering and/or replenishing of products

- SMART goals as agreed with Manager

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business, Finance, or related field

* Minimum 3 years in purchasing and/or inventory control, logistics or accounting required.

**KEY COMPETENCIES:**

* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

* Ability to exercise tact, courtesy, and ethics when dealing with vendors, co-workers, and centers.

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**WORKING CONDITIONS:**

* Office environment with potential hybrid or remote work schedule

* Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal and extensive reading

* Sitting stationary for long period of time

* Keyboarding: entering text and/or data into a computer
