Pay and Benefits
$40,000 per year salary plus Commissions. Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused individual to help us create outstanding internal and external customer experiences. If you're someone who enjoys converting leads into appointments, optimizing schedules, and assisting in administrative tasks, all while championing radon safety and indoor air quality, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead Management: Maintain and manage our CRM system, converting leads into appointments through effective communication via phone, email, and speed-to-lead processes.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service by handling incoming and outgoing calls, addressing customer needs, and resolving complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Sales Support: Maximize sales opportunities by following up on unsold proposals, finalizing contracts, and generating additional leads through referrals.
  • Scheduling: Collaborate with the sales and production teams to optimize scheduling, ensuring balanced travel and a positive customer experience.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including preparing homeowner packets, managing state reporting, and processing payments.
