The University Human Resources Information Management and Analytics unit is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to provide technical and functional solutions focused on matters related to the leave benefits associated with the WolfTime time and absence module with the PeopleSoft HR system. The analyst will work with the extended HRIMA team to provide time and leave management support services in collaboration with the Enterprise Application Services (EAS) team.
The incumbent in this position will work closely with business analysts, project managers, HR subject matter experts, IT team members, and other campus stakeholders to ensure accuracy, completeness, security, and compliance related to time and absence management.

Human Resource Information Management and Analytics (HRIMA) provides a broad range of university support regarding the HR System including upgrades, Job Action Request (JAR), time & labor, payable compensation, longevity, prior state service, job data, and record management. HRIMA works directly with college divisional HR representatives when processing and investigating HR System transactions in the web based PeopleSoft HR system.
The PeopleSoft HR system is accessible from MyPack Portal and supports the information needs of Human Resources (HR), Payroll, Employee Services, Benefits, and Management functions within the university. The linkage of its payroll and human resource activities in the HR System makes the software application both rigid and flexible for processing personnel actions.
Minimum Experience/Education
- Associate's Degree in Computer Programming; or Bachelor's Degree with nine credit hours in programming; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Department Required Skills
- Technical knowledge of ERP (such as PeopleSoft) application systems analysis, system functionality and knowledge of SQL programming.
- Ability to facilitate project meetings and communicate in writing and verbally with stakeholders.
- Knowledge and expertise working within PeopleSoft (or similar software) to build queries and compile the data for campus dashboards and WolfTime analytics.
- Use of Excel, or similar software (expert level).
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education
Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution and five years progressive experience in the field of information technology including at least two years of experience in Business and Technology Applications related work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
