Job Summary:The Customer Service Lead position will provide assistance with various revenue collection efforts within the Toll By Plate Department in our Customer Service Center.This is a full time position working Monday through Friday, as scheduled between 7:30a and 6:00p.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Compile data for revenue collection efforts
- Research individuals/companies with multiple accounts that aggregately have a significant outstanding balance
- Assist the Financial Analysts with compliance and fraudulent account maintenance tasks
- Work with the Toll Enforcement Supervisors and Staff as needed, including processing appeals, performing image review, handling inbound telephone calls, and administering payment plans.
- Strong communication skills
- Research ability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Regular attendance
- Proficiency with Excel and Word software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and easily adapt to change
- Look for ways to improve effectiveness by implementing new ideas and more efficient approaches
- Work on projects as an individual or part of a team
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required
