As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you'll lead financial reporting, analytics, and planning capabilities with a focus on the partnership between Intuit TurboTax and Credit Karma. What you'll do:

  • Partner with cross-functional business partners across Intuit and Credit Karma to develop driver based and bottoms up models to forecast and budget for key metrics, revenue and expenses
  • Own and enhance models that project key metrics, revenue and expenses
  • Investigate and communicate financial performance variance relative to expectations
  • Evaluate the financial trade-offs of business decisions that drive revenue and expense
  • Develop business metrics and KPIs to increase company understanding of investments and their relative efficiency
  • Streamline existing processes, identify efficiency opportunities and build processes from the bottom up
  • Work with stakeholders to develop self service tools and automated reports
  • Identify and quantify financial/operational risks and opportunities to the business, and drive ad-hoc business projects
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Economics, Finance, Business or a related field
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience (experience in high growth or tech companies preferred)
  • A rigorous analytical background with experience effectively communicating findings to non-financial partners
  • Extremely proficient in Excel and the Google Doc suite
  • Self-starter, intellectually curious and a fast learner
Nice To Have:
  • Experience developing, maintaining and enhancing complex driver-based revenue and expense models
  • Extensive experience partnering with cross-functional leaders across different business units
  • Adept at telling a compelling business story through analysis and presentation
  • Able to focus on multiple projects at once while maintaining expert organization
  • Experience with a financial planning system such as Planful and/or Data Visualization tools (e.g., Looker)
  • Experience and awareness of tax seasonality
