The Manager, Product Management at Cable One will support the Director of Product Management in executing the High-Speed Data (HSD) product strategy.

This role involves overseeing day-to-day product management, ensuring performance, quality and customer satisfaction, and managing the product lifecycle.

The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, develop product requirements, and monitor product performance to drive continuous improvement and successful product launches.

What will you do to contribute to the Company's success:
  • Strategic Support: Assisting in defining and prioritizing the HSD product roadmap in alignment with business goals.
  • Product Management: Overseeing day-to-day management of HSD products, ensuring performance, quality, and customer satisfaction, and managing the product lifecycle from concept to post-launch analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with supply chain, technology, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive product development and successful launches.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research, analyzing competitor products, and identifying opportunities for HSD products.
  • Product Development: Developing product requirements and overseeing the development and implementation of new features.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitoring product performance and user feedback, and reporting on metrics and KPIs to senior leadership.
In summary, the Manager, Product Management role is essential to optimize the HSD product strategy, ensure high performance and customer satisfaction, and drive innovation through effective collaboration and market analysis.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience working in product orientated roles or software engineering
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Experience in developing and optimizing operational processes.

    • Experience working with various departments such as engineering, marketing, billing, web
    • Ability to facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.

    • Experience in leveraging data and analytics to drive product decisions and improvements.
    • Familiarity with data tools and platforms for monitoring product performance.
  • Customer Focus:
    • Experience in gathering and analyzing customer feedback.
    • Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and features.
