Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and prioritize features that push the envelope, managing a product backlog designed to meet growth targets and drive innovation.
  • Steer the strategic direction of our enterprise software, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of customers.
  • Drive the development of our SaaS platform, ensuring robust out-of-the-box ERP functionality.
  • Work closely with architects, UI/UX experts, tech leads, and QA to ensure that every release delivers maximum value.
  • Partner with product managers, scrum masters, and project leads to ensure seamless, timely product releases.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in B2B technology applications, preferably within a SaaS framework.
  • Current hands-on work as a Product Manager, leveraging your strong technical background and proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction and driving product adoption through focused user testing and analytics.
  • Solid experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master in enterprise software, with a proven track record in delivering results.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated expertise in Agile environments developing Commercial Enterprise B2B software.
  • Experience (or interest in) developing products that have software and hardware/firmware components.
  • Expertise in Agile development for B2B software.
  • Solid grasp of product management for technology leveraging both software and hardware (IoT, sensors, controllers, etc.).
  • A passion for industries like Smart IoT devices, GIS software, or other adjacent areas like irrigation, automation, water conservation, golf, or environmental tech—if you've worked in any of these, you'll feel right at home.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • A knack for balancing customer needs with innovative solutions that push the product forward.
  • Must currently reside in the Greater Tucson, Arizona area or be willing to relocate within 2 months to work in a hybrid onsite work environment (2-3 days/week onsite).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with the SAFe framework or certification as a scrum master/agile coach.
  • You thrive on challenging the status quo, making change happen in even the most established organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) to streamline product development.
  • Bonus points if you have a master's degree or advanced coursework in business, marketing, or tech.
