We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead our new sales enablement product, designed to rival industry leaders like Salesloft and Outreach. This product will focus on sales and marketing personas, leveraging AI to automate lead campaigns and integrate Revmo AI agents into workflows.
Position Overview:
The Product Manager – Sales Enablement will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle management of our new AI-driven sales enablement product. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, exceptional strategic thinking, and a proven track record in product management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to drive the product’s vision and ensure its successful launch and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for Revmo AI’s sales enablement product, aligning with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including market research, competitive analysis, product definition, roadmap planning, and execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring the development of features that meet customer needs and market demands.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to create detailed product specifications, user stories, and wireframes.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts are focused on delivering high-impact features and enhancements.
- Oversee the development and implementation of AI-driven features that automate lead campaigns, lead nurturing, and workflow integration for Revmo AI agents.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement materials.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Revmo AI’s sales enablement product remains competitive and innovative.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on sales enablement, marketing automation, or related SaaS products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B SaaS products, preferably in the sales and marketing technology space.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, lead nurturing, and sales enablement tools.
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, particularly in automating marketing and sales workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
