This position will provide marketing, advertising, digital and social media support and execution for a leading luxury real estate office located in Northern Westchester.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)

  • Support agents and office in the customization and use of available materials and programs for social, digital, and print media
  • Work one on one with agents to generate ideas for fresh content and execute marketing strategies that align with their brand and vision.
  • Use existing templates, online tools, and brand guidelines to produce local ads, brochures, presentations, publications, and mailing pieces.
  • Partner withhead and local office marketing to create custom initiatives and solutions for the local office and agents.
  • Act as a liaison, supporting brand and company messages and objectives with agents/office
  • Gain and maintain familiarity with local market conditions and competitive environment and suggest improvements and new ideas in response to them.
  • Assemble local market data as appropriate to create custom designs for statistics for use in presentations, mailings, and social media
  • Must take initiative, have a can-do, customer/agent first attitude
  • Some administrative duties are required in addition to marketing
Qualifications:

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in graphic design; may consider candidates without a degree given applicable work experience.
Experience:
  • 2+ years working in Real Estate (or adjacent luxury goods/services field) working on creative marketing and design.
  • 2+ years of Marketing/Advertising experience, ideally within a progressive creative agency or firm.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An eye for detail/proofing, design, and understanding of branding.
  • Proactive, creative thinker with a focus on problem solving.
  • Must have Advanced working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign/Creative Suite, Canva or similar and working to advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager. Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong administrative skills including accurate data entry is very important.
  • Customer service orientation - strong training and support skills.
  • Must be a team player and willing to take on new tasks or pitch in when needed to do other tasks/activities


Wage: $25.00 - $31.00 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience.
