We are seeking a
Distribution Marketing Analyst
(based in Elgin, IL, Hybrid) to support our top distribution partners with the successful launch of new products, continuous communication of new marketing materials, and collaboration for advertising campaigns. In partnership with our Distribution team, this role will be a key contributor to collaboration with our distribution partners.
To succeed in this role, you will be highly driven to:
Assist in launching new product introductions through top distribution partners, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Support top distributors' eCommerce initiatives by aiding in the preparation and delivery of HARTING web content, maintaining accuracy and relevance.
Conduct frequent reviews of top distributors' websites to ensure HARTING content is accurate and current.
Monitor and track assigned leads to ensure proper follow-up by relevant departments, facilitating effective lead management.
Collaborate with distributors to assist with inventory profiling, optimizing stock levels and availability.
Assist the regional distribution team in setting up and coordinating trainings, both digital and in-person, to enhance distributor capabilities.
Work closely with the data analytics team to process point-of-sales data, deriving insights to inform distribution strategies.
Provide support to the corporate distribution team in project management, ensuring initiatives are executed efficiently and on schedule.
Coordinate projects between the Distribution team and Product Management and/or Marketing teams to align distribution efforts with overall business objectives.
Assist Distribution Account Manager and Director of Distribution with other daily duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the distribution function.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and experience to thrive in this role:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Understanding of distribution
Must be literate in using Microsoft Office programs and possess overall good to excellent computer skills.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
