Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled E-commerce Coordinator to become a vital part of our marketing division. This role will report directly to the Director of E-Commerce and will be instrumental in managing and executing various B2B and B2C online strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and support of diverse online initiatives.
  • Coordinate product setup and oversee the management of product details (descriptions, images, videos) across B2B and B2C platforms.
  • Monitor sales metrics and provide data-driven insights to management for product selection and inventory modifications.
  • Facilitate marketing efforts by crafting and distributing communications to customers and maintaining an active online presence.
  • Enhance website presentation to boost sales and improve user experience.
  • Support additional web projects, including the corporate website and sales representative portal, ensuring all content is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing B2B and B2C online activities.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid mathematical foundation.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Photoshop, HTML, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
  • Exhibit personal integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Willingness to work in an office environment full-time.
