Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are preferred. Skills: Extensive knowledge of heavy civil construction practices, methods, and materials, with a focus on paving, grading, highways, and roads. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management and cost control. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Certifications: Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PE (Professional Engineer) are highly desirable. OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification is a plus.
