Job Description:

As a Performance Management Director in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, you will lead and shape our organization’s performance management initiatives. This role will play a critical role in driving employee engagement, aligning goals with company objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and maximizing organizational performance. Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management framework that aligns with the company’s strategic goals and values. This includes setting clear performance expectations, designing effective appraisal systems, and creating meaningful feedback mechanisms.

Leverage strong data analytics to track performance metrics, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of performance management initiatives. Use these insights to drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.

Leadership

Collaborate with managers and HR teams to create development plans, facilitate performance conversations, and provide targeted coaching to support employee growth and goal achievement.

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of performance management professionals

Business Development

Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends in performance management, exploring the integration of new technologies or methodologies to enhance our approach.

Culture

Champion a culture of high-performance, accountability, and recognition. Promote open communication, celebrate successes, and facilitate the timely resolution of performance challenges.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in progressively responsible roles within performance management, talent management, or human resources

Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective performance management systems within an organizational context.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance-related data to inform strategic decisions.

Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills to effectively guide managers and employees.

Passion for building a high-performing and feedback-driven organizational culture.
