The Patient Navigator will develop relationships with CCNW patients and providers by providing resources, support programs and assist in meeting other cancer-related needs.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have:

  • 2 years of direct patient care experience
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong computer skills
