Purchase Orders: Gather necessary documentation, draft, and submit purchase orders.

Order Tracking: Track approval, execution, delivery, and payment of purchase orders.

Budget Management: Ensure products fit within the given budgets.

Vendor Compliance: Verify that vendors meet legal requirements.

Logistics Coordination: Work with the logistics team and vendors to ensure compliance with country requirements and proper documentation.

Order Fulfillment: Review order forms to determine the best way to fulfill orders.

Check Requests: Draft and submit requests for payment for services.

Invoice Management: Submit and follow up on purchase order invoices to ensure timely vendor payment.

Reporting: Update and maintain various reports (e.g., inventory, dealer loaders).

Qualifications

+ 2+ years of administrative assistant or customer support experience

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Data entry, order processing, attention to details

+ High School Diploma required

Start time: this position will be a 5:00am-1:15pm schedule
