Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our CRM team as an Accounts Payable Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

- Process accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner

- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies

- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues

- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions

- Assist with month-end closing and other accounting tasks as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
