Business Development Specialist

Role Overview: As a Business Development Specialist, you will own client relationships, manage sales requirements, and provide leadership to ensure flawless project execution. Your role involves connecting clients with design solutions, leading a high-performing team, and exceeding client expectations.
Day in the Life:
- Conduct client meetings to understand business needs and buying influences.
- Develop and present capabilities and innovative solutions to clients.
- Coordinate client bids, facilitate pricing requests, and conduct cost/benefit analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
- Engage and lead project/account teams to ensure clear communication, roles, and responsibilities.
Your Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of general sales experience with demonstrated account management success.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially intermediate Excel skills.
- Knowledge of office and ancillary furniture products.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
