Assist with a wide variety of customer services including opening/closing Shared Certificates, maintaining Safe Deposit Boxes, assisting customers with checkbooks, processing credit card/loan applications, managing outgoing wires, solving fraud issues, notary services, closing accounts, etc. Explain and expedite the opening, closing, transfer, and rollover of IRA certificates. Assist customers with opening Certificate of Deposits (CD) and educate customers about penalties, earnings, etc. Provide backup to tellers upon request.
