**Technical Support Specialist (1035 Market St.)** **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** :

**Essential Qualifications** **:**

* Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills. * Ability to work well on a team and desire to learn. * Creativity, flexibility, humility, accountability, empathy, and patience. * Passion for achieving results and creating effective outcomes. * Strong familiarity with Windows 10 and MS Office Suite of products. * Familiarity with basic Active Directory and Office 365 administration, antimalware and modern security technology standards. Apple OS X experience preferred. **Physical Requirements and Work Environments** **:** **Education and Experience** **:**

* Bachelors degree (preferably in computer science or electrical engineering) with (2) two years of experience in Microsoft Windows environment. * Proficiency with Microsoft core products (Windows 10, Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory, etc.) * Experience troubleshooting Apple OS X is helpful * Experience in user training, technical support, and troubleshooting for users on Windows 10 Professional * Experience in Chrome, Edge and Firefox browsers, popup blockers, spyware applications, and removal of malware/spyware/trojans; experience in hardware imaging and creating standard images.
