Customer Support / Full Time

Miroculus is looking for a motivated

**Technical Support Specialist - Level 2** with a strong support background to help us maximize customer success and positive experience with our novel digital microfluidics platform. This position will be based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters and will report to the Sr. Manager for Customer Service and Support. + Provide guidance and technical expertise to customers via phone or email. + Collaborate with Miroculus teams to understand complex issues and problem solve. + Relay voice of customer and market trends back to the Miroculus development and product marketing teams. + Record and track inquiries and feature requests in the Miroculus customer relationship management (CRM) system. + Assist in training and management of Technical Support Specialists - Level 1 **Qualifications:** + BS in Biological Sciences + Customer-facing support experience in biotech industry + Familiarity with library preparation for next generation sequencing + Excellent problem solving and communication skills + Experience working within a cross-functional team + Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills + Desire to support customers and enhance their experience **About Miroculus** Miroculus uses proprietary digital microfluidics technology to automate and miniaturize the most complex genomic protocols such as NGS library prep, synthetic biology, genome editing, and combinatorial chemistry in a compact, user-friendly system.
