Grow in a national firm with high visibility and upward mobility. The Senior Project Manager will manage projects valued between $20M to $100M for Life Sciences, Education, and Healthcare sectors. Base pay range $140,000.00/yr $180,000.00/yr Responsibilities Oversee the overall direction, supervision, and daily operations of the project. Set operational priorities and ensure schedule adherence. Coordinate communication between all parties involved. Maintain overall financial performance of the project. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of project management in construction, with a focus on Life Sciences, Education, or Healthcare projects. Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to develop and manage detailed project schedules and budgets. Experience with risk management and quality control processes.
