Do you excel at leading large, technical, multi-phase projects while guiding teams, managing complex client relationships, and driving overall project strategy?A leading General Contractor specializing in mission-critical data centers is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee high-profile builds for national repeat clients. This role requires someone who already operates at a senior leadership level and is capable of owning full project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.Experience:10+ years of experience, with significant time spent as a Senior Project Manager on data center projectsProven ability to lead large-scale, technical, multi-phase projects with demanding schedulesStrong command of client interface, contract negotiation, and executive-level communicationDemonstrated success building high-performing teams and mentoring PMs, PE's, and field leadershipDeep understanding of design coordination, commissioning, MEP-heavy project execution, and operational continuity in live environmentsResponsibilities:Provide executive oversight of large mission-critical data center projectsLead project strategy, financial performance, and risk managementOversee contract administration, including negotiations, terms, subcontracts, and purchase agreementsDirect full project schedules and ensure all critical milestones are achievedDeliver monthly financials, owner billings, projections, and risk assessments at a senior leadership levelDrive project safety, budget adherence, profitability, and long-term client satisfactionGuide preconstruction planning, conceptual budgeting, value engineering, and design coordinationIdentify and resolve constructability challenges earlyMaintain oversight of project budgets, insurances, bonds, and complex change ordersDevelop and mentor project teams, supporting organizational growth and succession planningServe as the primary point of contact for major clients, representing the company with professionalism and authorityCompetitive senior-level compensation packageStable organization with a strong data center backlogA respected team known for technical excellenceLeadership autonomy and support from executive teamsStrong culture with realistic expectations and healthy work-life balance
