Kind Senior Care is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to help us recruit, retain and train the best Caregivers possible. We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) professional who has recruited hourly workers using digital tools at a high volume. This candidate will also understand the interviewing process and have experience facilitating training and onboarding sessions. Lastly, the candidate will have experience processing payroll or experience working on a payroll processing platform.

What You'll Do:

· Lead the charge in recruiting, interviewing, and making hiring decisions.

· Ensure a top-notch candidate journey from start to finish.

· Skillfully recruit via digital and in-person channels, including social media and educational institutions.

· Orchestrate comprehensive onboarding and continuous training for our team.

· Manage a fully digital onboarding process through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

· Design and implement HR initiatives that bolster caregiver recruitment, retention, and morale.

· Stay updated with HR legal and regulatory compliance, mitigating risks.

· Handle weekly payroll and billing with precision.

Who You Are:

· An HR champion with at least 2 years of direct HR experience, preferably in high-volume recruiting.

· A holder of at least an Associate degree, though a Bachelor's is ideal.

· Well-versed in employment laws and regulations.

· An organizational wizard with stellar communication skills.

· Ready to jump in as a caregiver when the need arises.

· A team player willing to wear multiple hats.

· In possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle.
