The Finance and Revenue Cycle Program Specialist will drive strategic process improvement, manage complex projects, and solve difficult problems. The Finance and Revenue Cycle Program Specialist will demonstrate project management skills and possess relevant finance and revenue cycle knowledge to ensure project scope is aligned with business objectives, customer expectations are established and managed, issues and changes are controlled an escalated as needed. Performs advanced administrative duties pertinent to USFTGP Finance and Revenue Cycle Operations and a wide variety of specialized administrative duties. Performs administrative details including calendar scheduling, executive correspondence, research, and project management. The Finance and Revenue Cycle Program Specialist is to provide analytic support to the Managers/Directors of Revenue Cycle in areas of staffing, revenue opportunity, denial reporting, productivity, and other forms of financial analysis to ensure appropriate reimbursement for services provided. The Finance and Revenue Cycle Program Specialist will serve in a dual capacity, overseeing all Payer Relations issues across the enterprise. This includes compilation of impacted claims, modeling revenue impacts and impacts and facilitating resolutions with the payer for issues escalated by leaders in Revenue Cycle Management meetings, correspondence and follow up, communication to all parties including Managed Care contracting and RCO Leadership. Qualifications Requirements: Minimum 7 years of progressive administrative or project management experience required. Proficient in the use of MSOffice, Word and Excel software.
