You contribute to our success. Every role has an impact on our patients lives and you have the opportunity to make a difference. We are looking for a dedicated Regulatory Compliance Coordinator like you to be a part of our team.
Job Summary and QualificationsWhat you will do in this role:
- You will be responsible for all performance improvement activities including leadership coordination of PI projects with other departments; Must stay knowledgeable in TJC and CMS
- You must stay up to date in TJC and CMS requirements and make sure that those requirements are implemented and sustained throughout the organization
- You will be responsible for leadership of improvement projects related to quality improvement and patient safety with clinical, administrative, and support services
- You will analyze quality improvement data and report outcomes to clinical, administrative, and medical staff on an ongoing basis.
- You will manage hospital wide policies and ensure that compliance to regulatory requirements is supported in policies
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Allied Health Field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience working in a health care setting with a focus on clinical quality improvement or patient safety required
