Excellent opportunity for a Direct Hire position with a well-established midsize Real Estate/Accounting company located in Springfield, PA.
A day in the life of an Assistant Bookkeeper:
Handles the full cycle of accounting duties with a concentration in General Ledger
Assists in setting up AR billing systems and CPI Increase Tables
Directly assists in bank reconciliations, general journal entries, general ledger reconciliation, and financial statements
Requirements for the Assistant Bookkeeper position:
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience preferred
Familiarity with phases of payroll processing, processing Use/Occupancy tax, BPT Tax, and Sales/Use Tax
Must have a thorough understanding of accounting and be familiar with a manual accounting system
100% On-site position, FT (M-F, 9-5 with additional hours during tax season)
