Our team leverages advanced cloud-based accounting solutions to deliver ongoing accounting support and strategic insights to our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

Engage in client service while managing tasks in the following areas:
  • Importing or synchronizing general ledger data
  • Processing accounts payable transactions
  • Consulting on payroll and coordinating with external providers
  • Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
  • Preparing and reviewing depreciation schedules
  • Assisting with monthly and year-end trial balance closures
  • Supporting the preparation and review of monthly management reports and financial statements
  • Delivering various virtual and on-site outsourced accounting solutions
  • Designing and implementing accounting systems using QuickBooks Online and Sage Intacct
  • Managing software application implementation projects
  • Facilitating training and mentorship for associates and colleagues
